It was a rewarding morning at our club as we had the privilege of hosting the Grassroots Coaching License course in partnership with the Florida Youth Soccer Association and U.S. Soccer. This course brought together coaches eager to expand their knowledge and enhance the development of young athletes in our region.
The sessions provided a valuable platform for learning and hands-on training, covering essential coaching methodologies, player development strategies, and communication techniques.
The coaches were able to engage with our U9, U11, U12 Girls, U13, and U15 players, applying new insights in real-time. The enthusiasm from both participants and players highlighted the importance of continued education in coaching and its vital role in shaping the future of the sport at the grassroots level.
As a club, we are committed to creating opportunities that promote the growth of, and appreciation for, the game of soccer in an environment that fosters teamwork, sportsmanship, and mutual respect.
