Nona FC 0–0 The Villages SC**
The fourth match of the season, away in Kissimmee.
Half time: we got the shots. We just needed the goal.
It did not come. 0–0, and a point away from home.
Man of the Match: Pedro Santos.
He showed up to release the pressure from the defenders and midfielders, and was always looking to make quick transitions into the attack. His technical skill and his experience were on full display.
And a traveling supporters that made it feel like home
> "Was exciting to watch. Seemed like a Buffalo home game. Could have easily been more Buffalo fans than Nona."
> "We were there to support our Buffalo, no matter what the score."
> "It was great being there to show the team how much we support them."
> "It's so good to look up and see the support, especially at a game like today."
Our reply at the time: "A lot of Buffalo there with us. Thank you to everyone who came."
On a Wednesday night in Kissimmee, there may have been more of ours than theirs.
That is worth more than a point.
