Our first summer camp with our PDL players

Train with the senior squad running the sessions.

Who turned up to coach

Paulo Pita. Augusto Maciel. Pedro Dias. Tauan Carvalho.

Coach Anderson had several of the first team teaching and interacting with the children across both days.

These were not retired players doing an appearance. Pita had kept a clean sheet against professional opposition in South Carolina three weeks earlier and saved two penalties in the shootout. Pedro Dias had scored a stoppage-time winner in the U.S. Open Cup.

They spent time teaching what they know to the next generation.

And a parent's verdict

> "Such a fun time! Thank you Paulo Pita and all the other guys — you're all so good with the kids. Not only when it comes to footie skills, but as role models."

A successful first summer camp.
