Ramos with a brace, and two at the death

Brave SC 4–2 Inter Gainesville KF

Four goals, a brace from Caue Ramos inside five minutes before half time, and two more after the eighty-eighth.

Our eleven: Youssef Moumban in goal — man of the match in the 2–1 over Nona a week earlier — with Caio Tascheto, Victor Lopes, Caue Ramos, Joao Ribeiro, Taylor Bowen, Gustavo Oliveira and Bradley Takamo among those starting.

Gainesville scored first. Allison, who has speed to burn, beat two defenders down the left and got a shot away. Moumban made the save point-blank; the rebound fell to a Gainesville player and went in.

That was the second match running we had gone behind — we were two down and then 3–1 at Shark Coast on Sunday before coming back to draw 3–3.

Then Ramos took the match.

His first came with just over five minutes of the half left, finishing a scramble in the box after a header had been punched away.

His second put us ahead, and we went into the break 2–1 having trailed for most of the half.

"Gainesville scored first, led 1–0 for about ten or fifteen minutes, and then Buffalo answered — Ramos with a brace. A couple of great goals to send it into half time with the lead."

We added two more at the end. One on 88, and Israel Junior in the 95th.

4–2.

Sixteen points, top of the Southeast with a game in hand, and still unbeaten — four wins and four draws.
