The Villages SC 1–1 Tampa Bay United
The tenth match of the regular season, at home.
41' — Fabio Amaral, assisted by Daniel Oliveira.
45' — F. Klausen, assisted by R. Mesalles, four minutes later and right on the whistle.
1–1 at half time. No goals in the second half.
Four minutes of football between the two goals of the match, and then forty-five more without one.
Amaral has been our most consistent finisher this season. He scored the opener against Weston in our home opener, scored at The Pine School, and scored here.
Tampa Bay United have been the club we measure ourselves against for two seasons now. They were the only side to beat us in the 2021 regular season, and we finished that year by putting three past them. We opened this one by winning 1–0 at their place.
A point each tonight.
