Twenty-three shots to one

The Villages SC 4–0 Swan City SC

Four goals, all of them before half time, and one of the most one-sided evenings this club has had.

Twenty-three shots on goal. Swan City had one.

25' — Matheus Ferreira, finishing a sequence of one-touch football that ended with Lucas Mauro darting the ball into him.

"A lot of one-touch ball right there from the Buffalo. A great sequence."

Three more followed before the break, including Adrian Chan's first goal in a Buffalo shirt — he had meant to cross it and scored instead, which he will not mind at all.

4–0 at half time, and nothing in the second half because nothing needed to happen in it.

The full night: four goals, twenty-three shots, eight corners, four fouls committed, and one save for Tieppo.

We beat Swan City 1–0 down in Auburndale eleven days ago, Carrera with the only goal. This was a different performance entirely.

With important crosses, speed, and overall with a never slow down attitude Austin Lukasik is Man of the Match for our 11th game of the season. When receiving his scarf from our supporters they made sure to let him know how much they appreciate what he has done not only in this game but in other games as well.

We go back above Nona and into position to take the division.

Tampa Bay United, here, Saturday at 7pm. Win it and the Southeast is ours.

Come to The Range and celebrate with us.
