The Villages SC 2–0 Caledonia SC
Location change. Caledonia's home fixture was moved to The Villages SC Complex — so they played their home match on our field, and we got an extra night in front of our own people.
Free to attend. Another game we get to play with you all here... yes please!
44' — Alex Teixeira, right before the break.
46' — Nazar Deputat, assisted by Fabio Amaral, a minute into the second half.
2–0.
Two goals either side of half time, ninety seconds of football apart.
The crowd noticed
We scored first and got our supporters celebrating in a match that was not supposed to be played here at all — and the players noticed them doing it.
A fixture that existed on the schedule as an away day, turned into a free night at the complex with a full house.
Man of the Match: Tete — chosen by the fans.
Rafael "Tete" Vacas, in our fourth match of the season, picked by the people in the stands rather than by the staff.
2–0, a clean sheet, and an evening nobody expected to have.
