Brave SC 2–1 Nona FC
Caue Ramos scored both goals, and Youssef Moumban made sure they counted.
15' — Ramos opened it. 36' — Tim Brdaric levelled for Nona. 56' — Ramos again, and that was the match.
Level at the break in a tight tactical evening, settled early in the second half.
Moumban was named man of the match, and anybody who was there knows why.
He made several outstanding saves to keep us in it, and he did it with the sort of composure that spreads to the players in front of him. Shot-stopping, organisation, and a voice from the back that let this team keep going until the final whistle.
Commitment, resilience and a winning mentality — all of it from the goalkeeper.
2–1, and we keep our place at the top of the division.
This was the second of three meetings between these clubs this season. The first, at Austin Tindall on June 2, was called final at 1–1 in the 66th minute after lightning.
