Complete the Brave SC Waiver based on athlete’s age.

If you are interested in sending us information for this season ALL video submissions must be done through the button below.
Please do not email your videos.
Make sure we can easily see who you are. Recent game footage only (practice footage will not be evaluated). Video submission may not be enough but coaches may see potential and request further information.
If not selected for the UPSL team players may be offered a spot with our USL Academy with a possibility of moving to the UPSL team.
