Brave SC is excited to announce the addition of Brave SC Niterói to the Brave SC network of clubs.

Brave SC Niterói is the first club to join Brave SC Network, partnering with the Florida-based sporting organization, which includes USL League Two, UPSL, USL Academy and youth teams, and offers various athlete development programs.

“We’re excited to announce Brave SC now has a presence overseas with the addition of Brave SC Niterói,” head coach and co-founder Anderson DaSilva said. “We’ve always wanted to create a global brand, and this is a huge step for us.”

Brave SC Niterói, established in 2017, is a youth soccer club based in Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The club currently boasts 80 futsal players and recently opened registration for its first outdoor soccer season.

As a network affiliate, Brave SC Niterói will receive materials on Brave SC’s coaching philosophies, physical evaluations and access to club member rates on programs like the Buffalo Experience. Brave SC has also developed a Portuguese-to-English course to help players looking to make the transition from Brazil to international leagues or to collegiate soccer in the United States.

“We are immensely happy to announce the news that we are the first franchise of Brave SC in Brazil,” Brave SC Niterói director Guilherme Lopes said. “Our goal is to grow together, strengthening the business through solid values, reaching new heights in the football sector, and creating a significant impact in society. We take this opportunity to thank Anderson da Silva and the entire team and staff at Brave SC.”

Brave SC Niterói will host an inauguration ceremony in February.
